Generally speaking it is not necessary to obtain permission to film the mayor or city councillors while carrying out their duties in a public area.

Permission is necessary, however, to film in a room at City Hall. For information, please contact one of our media liaison officers.

Films and Documentaries

The shooting of films and documentaries is governed by Bureau du développement touristique et des grands événements.
