Have you received a ticket? You can pay the fine online if the ticket was issued by the cities of Québec, L’Ancienne-Lorette, or Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures or by Réseau de transport de la Capitale or Communauté métropolitaine de Québec.

Before you pay online, please allow 24 hours for online payment to be authorized after the ticket is issued.

To pay online, you must have on hand your tickets to pay and a valid credit card issued by Visa or Mastercard.

You must allow 3 working days between receipt of your payment at our offices and registration of this payment for any processing with the Société d'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).

If your license is suspended, you may not drive and no vehicle registered in your name may be operated until the license suspension has been lifted by the SAAQ.
