Suspension of driver’s licence

If your driver’s licence is suspended, that means you’re not allowed to drive, and any vehicles registered in your name can’t be driven, until the amount owing under your payment agreement has been paid in full. It’s your responsibility to check with SAAQ (Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec) about the conditions for getting your licence reinstated.
